Refund policy

Our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with not only the items in your order, but also your shopping experience with Nttitudoo MFG Shop. Depending on the reason for your return, and the condition of the item you're returning, there may be several options available to you. 

                           

All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days from receiving your shipment.

We will provide a free shipping label for the return, and we have return transit warehouses in USA, CA and Europe, so you can return your order to the nearest location.

If a product in your order is out of stock, you will automatically be refunded for the purchase price of that specific item.

Please email your order number and request to info@nttitudoomfg.com for authorization before you send anything back to us.

Nttitudoo MFG Shop will NOT accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The item smells of any odors including smoke, perfume, or cologne.
  • The item has any visible stains whatsoever.
  • There are any changes or modifications to the article of clothing.
  • Tags are removed or damaged.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES PROCESS
You can return your product for a different product or a refund to the original payment method.

To begin your return or exchange, please contact us at info@nttitudoomfg.com.

To return or exchange an item please follow the steps below:

Include a copy of the packing slip or confirmation email from your order and note the new size or item desired. (We cannot guarantee all items and sizes will be in stock for exchanges.)

Please use the free return shipping label we provide to send back your return. 

Once your return is received and passes the inspection, your new item(s) will be shipped out or we will issue your refund. 

If your order includes multiple items, we can only provide one free return shipping label per order. Please decide which items you would like to return and send them back together in one shipment.

Only one exchange is allowed per order, and once an exchange has been made, a refund cannot be processed.

ORDER CANCELLATION

You should submit an order cancellation request to our customer service via info@nttitudoomfg.com once you decide to cancel the order.

We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be processed within approximately 5 to 7 business days after we receive and finish the inspection of your return.

The original shipping cost (USD20.00) is non-refundable, in most cases.
