Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIME

Estimated 2-5 business days from the date the order is placed. Please note that you can't change shipping address/cancel orders after your order passed 12 hours after you place it.

TRANSIT TIME

United States and Canada: Estimated 8-12 business days

Australia and the EU: Estimated 5-10 business days

East Asia: Estimated 2-5 business days

*Please note, remote shipping locations around the world and special order items may take several weeks longer than the estimated shipment times.  In some cases, shipments can take longer to arrive due to holiday seasons. 

SHIPPING COST

Free shipping on orders over USD100.

FAILED DELIVERY/ RETURNED TO SENDER/ ABANDONDED PACKAGES

If your package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to incorrect shipping address, and/or phone number, the package will be returned to the sender (Nttitudoo MFG).

If the receiver (the customer) is absent upon all delivery attempts, your package will be held at a local shipping courier center for pick (as shown in the tracking history, based on the destination country). If the customer fails to pick-up the package for any reason, the package will be returned to the sender (Nttitudoo MFG).

If you refuse receipt of your package, the package will be returned to Nttitudoo MFG at your expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax that the package may have been incurred. This amount will be deducted from the total amount of amount to be refunded.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

Customs Duties are on us for all the orders.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been dispatched, a shipment notice will be sent to the email address provided with your order. This email will include tracking information, allowing you to check the status of your delivery at any time.
