This workwear set honours the Garde-Voie who tended the mountain railway at Bedous, the frontier halt nestled in the Pyrenean valleys of 1930s France. Cut off from the outside world and short of supplies, they wore the same workwear year after year. Through the dead of night, they paced the desolate rails alone, lantern in hand.
