Style Details
-Based on the British Army P37 jacket as a prototype, the waist adjustment tabs have been removed, and the tailoring has been done with a rounded, slim waist to accommodate individuals with different body types.
-The entire garment is made of double-layered, combed cotton with a small jacquard pattern, using premium YKK Japan thread, which adds to the expensive cost.
-SHELL: 400g 100% cotton plain MADE IN OKAYAMA, JAPAN. providing a weight of over 400 grams that serves as a good foundation for heavy washing.
-The garment undergoes the Asuté piece-dyeing process, which is a highly challenging dyeing technique due to the fabric's high density. It requires 25 rounds of immersion dyeing, followed by dozens of hand-rubbing steps during the final finishing process. This intensive and meticulous process, which regular fabrics cannot withstand, results in beautiful fading and an oxidized, vintage effect that exudes a sense of age and texture in the garment.
