Design Details

-Developed based on the Ranger Hat worn by S.P. at the U.S.-Mexico border, refined through numerous iterations inspired by the wear and tear observed in similar felt hats during everyday use, resulting in a unique hat shape.

-The material selected is high-quality all-wool fabric, coupled with a hand-dyed process, producing four colors that are highly versatile and compatible with other items--- navy blue, coffee brown, gray-green, and olive.

-Depending on the color of the hat body, reflective cords in matching colors are added at the junction between the hat body and the brim. These are secured with knots similar to those used in sailing and custom cord locks, allowing the ends of the cords to stand erect on one side of the hat, giving the wearer a more layered look with detailed accents.
