Design Details
-The origin of the outdoor fishing jacket dates back to the 1930s and was crafted by the renowned angler and outdoor writer Lee Wulff. The original design of such fishing jackets aimed to allow anglers to carry more gear while ensuring flexibility, waterproofing, and insulation during outdoor fishing. Therefore, they are typically made from waterproof fabrics and feature functional designs such as multiple pockets, windbreakers, and drawstrings.
-This Fishing Down Parka is a new piece that incorporates elements of fly fishing into the design of a down parka.
-The fabric chosen is a high-density nylon checkered fabric with a crisp texture. The surface undergoes a three-level life waterproof treatment and a special soft yarn process, providing the jacket with everyday waterproofing and comfort. The interior is filled with 90% premium white duck down, with a fill power of 220g, ensuring a high level of loftiness for warmth and comfort during cold seasons.
-The design features a short fishing parka, with various pockets reminiscent of a fishing jacket on the front side. Originally intended for storing fishing gear and bait, these pockets now offer convenient storage for everyday items like transit cards, loose change, headphones, and more. The front closure includes a windbreak, and the hood is equipped with a drawstring. The cuffs are designed with high-density ribbing, suitable for warmth in the fall and winter. The sophisticated sand and graphite gray colors add a touch of elegance, making this down parka not only warm but also a versatile, stylish, and playful piece in the realm of down clothing.
